Contact, Privacy Requests and Complaints

Billing and cancellation

Use Billing to see your purchase, request a refund and stop future renewal. Without signing in, use Cancel contracts here or, in the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland within 14 days of a membership purchase, Withdraw from contract here. Payment questions can also go to Link support. If access or cancellation fails, email support with the purchase email and order reference if you have it. A brief request to cancel is sufficient; no explanation is required. We may need limited verification to locate and protect the correct purchase. See Cancellation and Refunds.

Service help and complaints

Tell us what happened, which purchase or feature is involved, and the outcome you would like. We aim to acknowledge support and refund requests within two business days. That target does not postpone a cancellation request, statutory deadline or refund right. A delayed response does not make a timely request late.

For a content or intellectual-property concern, include the relevant page or reading reference and a brief explanation of your rights or concern. Do not send another person's private reading unless necessary and you are entitled to do so. Contact us also if an accessibility problem prevents you from purchasing, accessing content or canceling; we will provide appropriate assistance.

Privacy

Email support@aetherbonds.com for access, correction, deletion, portability or an appeal of a privacy decision. You may contact us even if someone else supplied your information and you do not have an account. See the Privacy Policy for rights, verification and response timing.

For advertising/cookie choices, use Your privacy choices / Do not sell or share. Withdrawing marketing permission does not cancel membership. A verified request to close the entire account also stops renewal; a request to remove selected reading data has the effect explained when you submit it.

Protect your information

Never email a full card number, security code, password, login code or an identity document unless we have arranged an appropriate secure verification method. Aether support will not ask you to make another purchase to cancel or to exercise a privacy right.

You may contact your bank, payment provider, relevant consumer authority, privacy regulator or a court without first completing our complaints process. We do not require you to waive those rights to obtain support.
